Marianne Mc Guire studies the History of European Painting at U.C.D. after which she worked in the area of Fine Arts. She now paints full time. She has been influenced by the Masters of the Dutch Golden age, particularly Rembrandt. She mainly draws her inspiration from "the stillness of the present moment."
